These conditions apply only to products purchased online.

The consumer has the right to notify in writing the professional that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days, in case of services, from the conclusion of the contract, according to GEO34 / 2014 ).

If the customer opts for home delivery, the term of 14 calendar days elapses from the moment of receiving the product (according to GEO34 / 2014, Art.9, para.2.lit.b). The consumer can choose either to change the product with the same model, exchange with a different product sold by a professional or reimburse the amount of money paid for the purchase.

The moment of concluding the contract for the online orders with home delivery is the moment when the consumer paid the fiscal invoice issued by the professional for the respective product.

For return / replacement requests, the customer will send a return request, ie an unequivocal statement made on a durable medium (paper, mail or by filling out the form back), according to the model in Annex B to GEO34 / 2014, containing all the details regarding the identification data of the buyer, the type, series and model of the product to be returned, the identification data of the order document, payment and receipt of the product, the date of the application form and will send it to the official e-mail and / or postal addresses of the professional. After receiving the answer from us, when you ship the product to the communicated addresses, please send us the courier company approved by you and the awb number to track the shipment. The customer has the legal obligation to ship the product to the communicated address, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the transmission of the response to the request for withdrawal by the professional. The client according to the legal regulations bears the transport costs related to the return, the responsibility regarding the integrity of the package falls under the attribution of the client and of the company chosen by him.

All products you return must be in the same condition in which they were received and in the original packaging, accompanied by the original labels, intact, the original warranty certificate, and all documents with which they were delivered. We cannot accept products on which unauthorized interventions have been performed or which have been damaged by the customer: they have damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear or excessive use, scratches, shards, blows, mechanical / electrical shocks; we also cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories.

The professional reserves the right, at the time of receipt of the product from the customer, to perform a technical expertise, to evaluate the product and verify whether it has undergone other changes (scratched, broken, incomplete, etc.), regardless of the nature for which it was manufactured. . According to OUG34 / 2014 the professional will decrease the price of the product, this decrease of the price will be sent to the e-mail address / correspondence indicated by the client. After its confirmation, the fiscal return document will be issued and the related amount will be transferred or another product will be delivered according to the client's choice.

Reimbursement will be made as follows:

- for Orders paid with Card Online by refund to the account from which the payment was made;
- for Orders paid with Refund by bank transfer, in a bank account whose data will be provided by the customer.

The fulfillment of the reimbursement obligation is made within 14 days from the date from which the return request was received by the seller.

To remember!

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).

For products purchased with payment in installments without interest, a commission of 3.5% is charged. For the purchased products, the payment with the card is charged a commission of 1%.

In the case of legal entities (they do not have the quality of consumer) we reserve the right to accept or not the return of the products.
